it is with great pleasure that we wish to inform you that our complete assortment of 4” canned type submersible motors do meet the cCSAus as per the safety standard of CSA C22.2 No. 100-04 and UL 1004. Submersible pumps MICRA series


3” centrifugal submersible pumps for wells consisting of 3GF series canned motors coupled with multistage pumps; discharge and bracket made of brass, outer casing, pump shaft and cable protector made of steel, diffusers and impellers made of technopolymer; the special construction of the canned motor guarantees maximum safety in the most severe conditions; Tesla water fi lled canned motor always ensures absolute absence of “pollution”, and makes sure the pump can always be repaired. Motor equipped with thermal protector with automatic reset. Cooling of the pump is ensured by the pumped liquid. Pumps designed for pumping clean, non-aggressive water free of solid bodies or fi bres. The motors are of the PSC type and therefore require the starting capacitor; Tesla recommends Sintesi panels. For complete control and protection of the electric pump, we recommend the use of a Guardian control panel including, in addition to other functions, the protection against dry running.

COMPONENTS
 MICRA pumps are provided with removable cable connector. This solution allows fast assembly/disassembly of the hydraulic part and facilitates maintenance operations.  
 Kingsbury type thrust bearing unit consisting of tilting pads made of highly-resistant stainless steel and machined by Tesla using the spherical lapping process; this machining guarantees to this strategic component high reliability and high resistance to axial load.  
 Die cast aluminium rotor with shaft end made of AISI 431 stainless steel.
